Das tragbare Desktop-Interface liefert bewährte RME-Qualität auf kleinem Raum. 24 Audiokanäle, MIDI, 2 Kopfhörerbuchsen und durch USB eine Mac- und PC-Kompatibilität machen das Babyface Pro FS ideal für Recording, Mixing und Producing im kleinen (und auch großen) Studio.
Aktuelle Wandler liefern exzellente AD-DA-Wandlung.
Der leistungsstarke Kopfhörerverstärker liefert zwei Buchsen: 6,35mm mit hoher Impedanz und 3,5mm mit niedriger Impedanz. Perfekt, um Kopfhörer mit hoher und niedriger Impedanz zu benutzen.
Mit SteadyClock FS liefert RME im Babyface Pro FS die gleiche Clock, wie auch im ADI-2 Pro FS. Das Clocking auf höchstem Niveau bietet eine stablie Clock, sowohl für die interne Bearbeitung, als auch bei der Arbeit mit externen Quellen.
4 analoge, 8 ADAT I/O und 2 AES Kanäle bieten jeweils 12 Ein- und 12 Ausgänge über USB 2.0 mit der legendären RME 'Low Latency'-Hardware und den ultra-stabilen RME Audio Treibern. MIDI Ein- und Ausgang, die von RME gelieferte Total Mix FX Software für das Low Latency Monitoring, die Bedienbarkeit am Desktop über die Taster/Regler am Gerät und ein Schalter unterhalb zum Umschalten zwischen +19 und +4dBu zum Anpassen an Monitore ergänzen die Vielseitigkeit des Babyface Pro FS.

Originally bought in my country, device appeared with broken encoder and was returned to store. Now, ordered straight from Germany, it seemed ok, but I encountered some problems again - when changing sample rate or randomly upon turning on PC there is noise until you reinsert USB cable. I'm unsure what's causing it - interface or PC, but it definitely inflicts some difficulties when working, so, to put it mildly, I have mixed impressions about it. Yes, now, after month of waiting for 2nd Babyface it works, but I'm still figuring out how to fix that minor issue, and my expectations of RME product don't quite match with what I encounter now.
Perfect material ! We see the big difference with the 100 € cards, the sound is crisp, precise and well spatialized.

I'm very happy with my RME
hatte nach einem kompakten und leistungsfähigen interface gesucht. Die Software ist etwas komplex aber sehr gut. Hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt.
Audioqualität ist super, aber die Bedienung mit einem einzigen Jogshuttle aus meiner Sicht sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
